    Currently, we serve Adams County and surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, feel free to reach out to us, and we'll be happy to assist you.

  • How do I schedule a cleaning service with Scentsational Bins?

    Scheduling a cleaning service with us is easy! Simply visit our website or give us a call to book your appointment. You can choose your preferred cleaning frequency and provide any specific instructions or preferences you may have, depending on your trash pickup day.


  • How do I know when my cleaning days are?

    • Call us and we would be happy to let you know when your next bin cleaning day is
    • You will receive a text message the day before your cleaning 
    • Login to your customer portal and click-on the subscription details tab

  • How can I reschedule my next bin cleaning?

    • Call us and we will get you rescheduled 
    • Login to your customer portal and from there you can reschedule your next bin cleaning

  • Can I swap out bins that get cleaned?

    Please note that the specific cans designated for cleaning cannot be swapped out at each service. If you would additional bins cleaned please give us a call


  • Are there any contracts or commitments required?

    No contracts necessary. Simply commit to three months pre-paid for monthly services, or pre-pay for three quarterly services upon sign-up. Need a one-time cleaning? We've got you covered.
